當你使用「海龜湯」時，我們可能收集以下資料：
- 帳號資訊（僅限登入用戶）：透過 Apple 登入取得的使用者 ID 與顯示名稱。Apple 不會向我們揭露你的真實姓名或 Email，除非你主動選擇分享。
- 遊戲進度：你已解開的謎題紀錄與提問數量，用於跨裝置同步。
- 對話紀錄：你與 AI 主持人的問答內容，用於換手機後繼續作答。
- 本機資料：如未登入，所有紀錄僅存於你的裝置，不會上傳。

- 提供遊戲功能與跨裝置同步進度
- 讓 AI 根據謎底正確回應你的提問
- 改善應用程式穩定性與用戶體驗
我們不會將你的個人資料用於廣告投放，也不會販售給第三方。

4. 資料保留與刪除
你可以隨時在 App 內「我的紀錄」→「刪除帳號」，永久刪除所有雲端資料。刪除後無法復原。本機資料請透過 iPhone 設定 →「通用」→「iPhone 儲存空間」→「海龜湯」→「刪除 App」清除。
5. 兒童隱私
本應用程式適合 4 歲以上使用者。我們不會主動向 13 歲以下兒童收集個人資料。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Data We Collect
When you use Turtle Soup, we may collect the following:
- Account information (signed-in users only): User ID and display name obtained via Sign in with Apple. Apple does not share your real name or email unless you explicitly choose to share it.
- Game progress: Records of solved puzzles and question counts, used for cross-device sync.
- Conversation history: Your Q&A exchanges with the AI host, allowing you to resume on a new device.
- Local data: If you are not signed in, all data stays on your device and is never uploaded.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide game functionality and sync progress across devices
- To allow the AI to respond accurately based on the puzzle answer
- To improve app stability and user experience
We do not use your personal data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion
You can permanently delete all cloud data at any time via My Records → Delete Account inside the app. This action is irreversible. To clear local data, go to iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Turtle Soup → Delete App.
5. Children's Privacy
This app is rated for ages 4 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
